Me too I want a smaller nose, smaller thighs and bigger boobs and I wouldn't mind being a bit taller.

like, the difference between being like Kate Moss and being like Gwen Stefani, you know - slim, nicely toned, athletic and healthy looking.
ha, and obviously if I went to the gym more I could probably have that... but easier said than done.

Me too I want a smaller nose, smaller thighs and bigger boobs and I wouldn't mind being a bit taller.
My nose was the one thing I hated. I had a nose job 3 1/2 weeks ago and I'm much happier now. But I have to say...its gonna take some serious getting used to! When you've looked at yourself in the mirror and seen the same thing for 20-something years...its a big change!
Now if I could change one thing: bigger boobs. But I'd never have implants cuz im too scared, so I guess Thank God for padded bras!
