How much did you pay for alterations?? For the hem and bustle?

I just need my hem picked up so they're charging me $50.
I also asked to get my dress and train steamed or whatever they do and thats another $40-

I had to pay a cap for alterations, either way.. I haven't even gotten my dress yet.. it was 175

I had a cap on alterations as well, but mine was $250 and of course for the bustle and hem and 2 other darts it came to about $240. Also I am getting halter straps added for an extra $80!.......Seems like a lot to me, but I wanted the bridal shop to do the alterations, so I was sort of stuck!

My cap for alterations was $175, the bustle was an extra $85.

I had a cap on alterations of I think $150 and my bustle was an extra $90!! 90 bucks for 3 little buttons????? Oh well, at least I like it.

MY place is sooo ripping me off. I got them down to $275 from $350. All it needed was a bustle (actually double bustle due to the fabric) and the top slightly taken in around the boobs. No length, no waist, nothing else.
