i'm not allowed to have rose petals, and most of the weddings that i have been to recently the flower girls didn't throw rose petals they just walked down the aisle. you should make sure that you are allowed to have them. many places won't allow them.

I read something about having aisle seated guests throw them as you come down. It was in some book.

My church also doesnt allow rose petals to be thrown. My Flower Girl will only be 10 months old anyway so she wont be able to throw them anyway.

I'm having the florist set up the petals. I'm skipping the runner, so the petals will kind of serve as the runner.

Im having the florist do the petals and tie off the main 'aisle' so other people cant walk down it. they can use the aisles on the side of the church

MY FLORIST IS GOING TO PUT DOWN THE PETALS. DEPENDS WHERE YOUR GETTING MARRIED, BECAUSE I AM WALKING OVER A BRIDGE BUT MY GUESTS WONT BE.

you can ask the BMs to do it as they walk down the aisle or if your MOH is walking down alone ask her to toss them.
