I would pick how I wanted, not based on the day they sent STDs.
That's a tough one-I would say go to whomever you are closer to etc rather than who necessarily sent theirs first. I mean think about it like this wouldn't you be upset if your aunt didn't go to your wedding but went to a friends because she got the STD first? Personally I'd go to whomever's I was closer with and just tell the other person that I was not going to be able to attend since I already had a prior engagement.
A coworker of mine is getting married on the same day as me. She sent her STDs out first so 2 of the girls that I want to come to my wedding don't know what to do. They are closer to me but don't want to put out any bad feelings towards her...
I would choose to go to the wedding of the pereson I was closest with. The person would not know that you got it the same day and you would be telling the truth when saying you have a previous engagement!
STD's do not obligate you to anything. Even if you get an invite to another wedding on that same day you can still go to that one. Save the Date is a courtesy for the guests to give them a heads up. Go to the wedding of the couple you are closest too.

YOU CHOOSE! They don't know who sent the STD's first and it doens't matter at all. You decide who you're closer with, etc. Just make sure you send back those RSVP cards on time!
