according to my mom you do, lol. So yes, I registered for it but my grandma actually got us our entire set of fine flatware for our eparty.

I registered for it and got some sets. But then I realized I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars finishing the set so I returned everything.
I think it depends on you - if you feel like you need fancier flatware then go for it - It wasn't a neccessity for me..

I didn't because initially I couldn't find something I loved. My mom ended up buying me a set of reed & barton from QVC. Check it out, it'll probably be cheaper that way.

We registered for it because it came with a matching set. We got 4 out of the 12 and one serving set so now too bad. I think it's nice to have.
