I would:

Rent chiavari chairs (my hotel uses those ugly banquet chairs--blech!)
Hire a lighting company
Upgrade my flowers

I would add an extra 2 or 3 pieces to my band (we already have 10 pieces - but bring on more horns!!!) I may have gotten my first choice of dresses. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress but the one I wanted was about $2K more than what we could afford.

we would have invited more people. we had to cut down our guest list bigtime to save $.

ETA: I would also add a videographer and a better photo package.

I would have spent a little of it upgrading my flowers and pocketed the rest!

1) Day of coord. 2)string quartet to greet guests as they arrived 3) chocolate fountain & full viennese (although we're still thinking about this) 4) 2 wk honeymoon instead of 1 week

Chair covers
Honeymoon, suite at both hotels, and extend the vacation.

I would have bought my first choice dress..but I am sooooooo in love with the dress I got so I'm still happy.
