to go to an event at your RH and you had never been to one there before, would you want to go?
I have the opportunity to go to an event at my RH 3 weeks before my wedding. I have never been to anything there so part of me feels like it would be a great opportunity to get to 'see them in action'. Then the other part of me thinks that it is too close to the wedding and it will somehow take away from the wedding because I will have just been there.
What would you do?

I would go! First of all, it's not a wedding, so you'll get an entirely different feeling. Plus, you can see what foods you like/don't like, how you prefer things set up, etc.
Plus, it's not really a good excuse to RSVP 'no' just b/c 'I'm having my wedding there in 3 weeks.' Your wedding will still be completely special and your own.

if it's not a wedding i would go and check everything out.
but if it was a wedding i don't think i'd wanna go because it's just a 3 week difference and i feel like my wedding wouldn't feel as special because i would see the same thing 3 weeks before me! (but of course it depends who's wedding it would be & if they're on my list lol)
Hmm...but for all you girls who don't wanna see it I'm sure you've gone to bridal expos at your respective RHs...not so sure how any of this is different?

i would definitely want to go and see how they handle all the action!!!
this way if i dont like anything (in terms of service or something) you can always ask them to change it

One reason I knew I wanted Land's End was because I went to a friend's wedding there I would totally go and enjoy it!!

I would so go. I am actually going to a wedding in Sept that will be the same rooms and everything as our except they are getting married there and its during the day. I think it can be very helpful.

I would go. Even if it was a wedding three weeks before mine, I would go. Seems a little bit much IMO to not go, simply on the basis that my wedding would be there a few weeks later.
