I'm just wondering what you have done with your balcony - ours is a pretty good size (it's the length of the living room, and maybe 6' feet or more wide. Did you put patio furniture out there? Just chairs? Just a bbq? I'm just trying to get some ideas to jazz it up. If you have any pics I'd love to see.

We have a balcony...but it's not too big. We just have 2 chairs and a little table (like a drink table) out there. We are not allowed to have a BBQ on the balcony.
The condo rules clearly state that you cannot BBQ within 10 feet of your structure...but the end of the driveway is more than 10 feet...so we just BBQ out there

We got an electric BBQ for the porch (no gas allowed, but electric was OK), and a table and chairs. We have not yet moved in, but I also want to get one of the storage units that is also a bench to go on one side. Outdoor lighting was installed on the ceiling of our porch, so it is a really nice area. I don't really have any more ideas as to what to do with it...

On the patio out back we just have a table and chairs but we plan to make the concrete patio into a deck. Upstairs, the balcony has nothing on it. We don't know what to do with it! The front porch has a nice bench on it!
