I just had mine and loved everything... but I think the best gift was the most expensive one that we weren't expecting to get - the Dyson vac FH and my mom are already fighting over it and FH is refusing the let my mom use it It's 'his' he says

waterford toasting flutes that didn't look like they were off my registry. I was a regsitry peeker, so I knew what almost all the presents were.

FH's Aunt took our invitation and did a hand-painted floral design all over it, then framed it and used the ribbon we had tied the invitation up in, as well. It turned out absolutely amazing. I love it!!!!!!!!

My FH's aunt made me a baking basket...she had a bakeware set in it, a baking-only cookbook and many goodies to make some sweet treats in it. It was so thoughtful, which I can't put a price tag on.

Everyone from my shower contributed a recipe card with their favorite recipe written out, and my mother compiled them in a pretty recipe book for me, it was really nice, and they presented it at the end.

Okay, my actual favorite is our Calphalon pots and the super-sharp knife set!

I wish my FH would fight with my mom over a using our vacuum.

It's a toss up between my cappucino maker and my bed set! I love them both!!!!!!!!!

I'd have to say my multi-colored nesting/mixing bowls from Crate and Barrel. So colorful and pretty! :)

The photo album that my Mom made for me. Its full of all my baby pictures, school pics, little things like ribbons won in races, a cutting from my hair when I was a baby, etc....
it leads right up to when I met my FH, and even when my Mom, sisters and I went looking for my dress.
She also included wedding pics of different members of my family (including her and my Dad, my sisters' weddings, my Grandmother's wedding..66 years ago!!, etc...).
She did an awesome job on it. I love pictures so much. Just thinking about it makes me tear up (I'm so sentimental!).
