do you say Matrons of Honor or just leave it as Matron of Honor (for programs).

I would say Matrons, we have 2 BM and we are writing Best Men instead of Best Man. HTH

I would say 'Honor Attendants'... I have two as well and that's what I'm putting on mine. My MOHs have an 'issue' with the word 'Matron' 'cuz they're only 26 and feel it sounds too old... but they're not 'Maids', so we are going with 'honor attendants' Hope this helps!
