if you know you'll be wanting a new job in a few months...

when do you start sending out your resume / talking to headhunters? would it make sense to start sending them now being that you can't start right away? tough one.

I would send and tell the head hunter when I was able to start. It can take awhile to find a new job. the longer you have to look the better.
