I have worked with a few there. Lila and Francesca are amazing!!!!!!!! There is a spanish woman there that has no customer relations at all. She says nothing to you the whole time you are there. Yeah um hi.....can you be a little bit excited?

I had my first fitting a couple of weeks ago with Francesca and she was a DOLL!!!!! When I was there, there was a bride having her second fitting. Her dress looked gorgeous and she looked so happy. This was also a Saturday and they were busy but Francesca took her time with me, listened to my concerns, showed me different types of bustles and again, was so sweet. Don't worry! Definitely ask fo rFrancesca. You'll love her!

Lila was fantastic. They are definitely no-nonsense and one of them made my MOH a little sad re: weight issues....

I would say that you need to be firm about what you want. Also, don't let them cut your BM's dresses while they are in them. They did that and made it too short.

OH great! One of my BMs had hers done on Tues and then did this

Thats what happened to me!!! And then it was too short... this is what she rolled her eyes to me about... I said I do not want it altered or cut while its on me... and I want it longer then what you are doing... IMPOSSIBLE! and I looked like I was going to go walk thru a flood all day.

I am sure they do a good job... that was just my first experience with them... Maybe that girl isn't their anymore...

This is how they altered my girls dresses and none of them were too short. Dont get upset until you actually see the dresses.

You just have to wait and see. Mine had a slight train to it and she lopped it off. Honestly, there is nothing you can do and as an OCD bride, I have to say, I didn't even look at my MOH's hem the day of my wedding and I doubt anyone else did.
