that I pay for your shoes, or your hair to be done? i want to do one of these for my girls in addition to a gift, but I can't afford to do both. Here is along the lines of what the shoe would look like:
If I had to pick...hair but either would be appreciated!

I'd rather you pay for my hair. I think I'd feel guilty have you pay for shoes since I get to keep those. Plus, if you want all the girls to have their hair done, it's nicer to say you'll pay for it, rather than give them the price.

I think I'd feel guilty making the girls pay for shoes that I want them to wear. I figure they all want to get their hair done anyways, but maybe not everyone would wear the shoes again.

i voted for hair... but im a big believer in not picking an exact shoe for bridesmaids... i have hated that when it was done to me... everyone has different type feet and I would hate it if i picked a shoe that was super uncomfortable for my girls... but the shoes you picked are super cute!!

Either one is very nice of you, but i vote for hair. I could always find a nice pair of shoes that are fairly resonable.
Just saw the pics of the shoes you want them to have. Very pretty! So I have changed my mind! lol If the shoes are very expensive I would say pay for those instead of the hair.

the shoes are cute but i personally could never wear them. i can't wear any type of a heel. not even for a few minutes. so if i was forced to wear those, i would be miserable and unable to dance or walk. you don't see shoes anyway--tell the girls a color, like silver, and let them pick their own.

I'm also getting them chinese slippers for the reception, so they'll be comfy in case they dont like heels. I know at least 3 of the 5 girls would wear the shoes again. I'm not sure about the other 2.

it's your wedding so definitely do whatever you want i personally wouldn't even be able to wear them through the ceremony. literally.

if you want them all to have the same shoes, i'd offer to pay for shoes. if you don't care and they can wear whatever they are comfortable in, so long as they are a certain color/style, then i'd say hair
