Rack of Lamb
Filet Mignon
Stuffed Breast of Chicken
Grilled Filet of Salmon
Jumbo Gulf Shrimp
Duck O'larange ( spelling??)
Grilled Vegetable Platter

Wow they all looked good.

I generally pick rack of lamb when offered because I really like lamb and never eat it. That's what I ate at my wedding although not very much of it.

Second choices would be salmon or the shrimp.

This poll is for a friend!
I usually pick Salmon at wedding because I have stomach problems and Salmon is usually OK with me to eat. Some of the stuffed chickens have cheese and I am lactose intolerant. Salmon is also good to have for the people who don't eat meat. The shrimp and Filet mignon would be my 2nd and 3rd choices.

Me too. Followed by shrimp, because I love it but never make it myself.

Eta -haha -- you beat me to it.

I do reccomend the stnadard, 1 chicken, 1 fish 1 beef choices for your friend
( as opposed to 2 fishes, for example-if she can only have 3, that is)

There are some people that really only eat 1 of those categories.
I think we had guests order about equal of each of our 3 dishes--Salmon w/ Holandaise sauce, Chateau Briand, & Chicken with Champagne sauce.
