I work in midtown and was introduced to Physique57 by a few a girls at work. Plus, Kelly Ripa and now Sarrah Jessica Parker, have been raving about it. I just bought an unlimited month last week and went Mon - Fri last week and I'll do that until my month runs out.
Can I just tell you that I'm already seeing results. Today was my 10th class in 3 weeks. If any of you live and/or work in the city, there is a studio on 57th and one on Spring Street. Also, there is one in Bridgehampton too, if anyone lives out there or is renting a house for the summer.
Get this, Kelly was in my class today. She has no body fat on her at all. I asked her in the locker room, if Physique did that to her body and she said 'Yes'. She does run 2x a week as well, she said.
Physique is a little on the expensive side, right before having a wedding, but the discounts for beginners is great. I think it's something to think about, especially when it is countdown time, right before the wedding. Beginners get 2 classes for the price of 1, and then you can either get the unlimited month for $250 (it's usually $420) or you can get 10% off a class package. I really want to see amazing results after the month, so that is why I am doing 5x a week and running on the weekends.
I just thought I'd pass this along for anyone interested.
Oh and they have a Bridal Countdown too, which I signed up for. It's free. You have to complete 15 classes in 5 weeks. Ha, I'll have it done in 3. You get a bunch of cool stuff afterwards.
