Were you notified your banquet manager left and who your new BM was? Did they do anything to make up for the hassle?

SInce I booked at my RH the BM has changed about 5 times and no one ever notified us.

NO. I called asking for my BM and got an attitude like 'She doesn't work here anymore, a duh', felt like an idiot. But apparently that's standard practice, which is BS.

Never told us..they probably would not have until we dropped off a payment.
It didn't really matter to me b/c my emails always get answered in a timely manner.
You would think they might send a postcard or something

I think we are on our 3rd..and I don't even think they are a BM, I think they are more of a Sales Manager, but hes been great! 100000000x better than the BM's..Good thing they are gone
