Got Mine from ebay vendors BridalImages... it's a David's Knockoff.... but it's gorgeous and I got it in under 8 weeks and was supposed to be in in 9-10 weeks. Total cost including shipping, rush charge and peticoat $414

It's the including alterations that you might have trouble with....There are dresses at Davids for under $500. My dress was an Alfred Angelo and many of theirs are under $500, mine was $450. The alterations bumped me up higher than that.

Estelles Dressy Dresses in Farmingdale has really nice dresses ranging from $500 to $800
The only thing is you have to get your own alterations done

My dress originally cost $700, but I called Pearls Place and they were charging $375. So I ordered my dress through RK's no frill option and they subtracted an additional 5% of the $375. I did the same with my bridesmaids dress and saved each of them over $100. I just love saving.

Mine is 200 plus shipping, it's a custom design from Chic Bridal based on a Carmela Sutera design. and I'm getting it on Ebay.

Mine was an Alfred Angelo and over $500 (but not by much) but there are many dresses by this company that are under $500 and beautiful.

mine is going to be Mon Cheri - its $600 but it doesnt need any alterations because its custom made to fit since the embroidery and beadwork cannot be altered - you can get it at estelles or lilletes !!! Also the bra and skirt/slip/ whatever it is is sewn in so i don't need to purchase them either!!

Commack Wedding Center had a huge blowout sale. They were trying to get rid of some stock for their new spring lines moving in. I paid $99 for it. It was originally $850 and is made by impressions. I actually never wore it, because when my wedding rolled around, I had gained too much weight. I tried to sell it on Ebay and it never sold, which is unfortunate, because it's a gorgeous gown.
