How do you let ur guests know so they dont plan on the night ending early. My invites are already done so thats not an option. TIA

I had the same concern... I put it on the menus so people would stick around.

i had the venetin hour & i put it on the menu- some friends & family knew about it but funny thing is that noone left b4 the venetian hour

It was on the menu plus my DJ announced it because it was in another room

Well actually I am handing out my favors at end of night. I am not putting on table so that might help me alittle
