does that imply that your wedding is more on the INFORMAL side? I'm looking around at invites and I want something different, maybe even a little funky, something memorable.... but some of the colored ones seem to say 'casual'.... is this just me? If I chose something more colorful should I write:

mine are pink and I had the same worry -- I just put black tie optional and figured that would suffice -- at least I hope!

check this site. We got ours there and they are red. But many people have said that they look very classy and formal.invites

Rumor has it . . .
the simpler and more 'toned down' the color of the invite, the more elegant the invite.
