If your RH doesn't provide, what outside company are you using/did you use for your chocolate fountain?
What do they charge (you can FM me if you want)?
Do they/Did they provide the dippings?
My reception site wants to charge anywhere between 5-6 to 8-9 a person (depending who you ask!!!). INSANE!!! I would like a reasonable place that includes the dippings (definitely Rice Krispie Treats!). And GOOD chocolate is a MUST! (Dark... YUMMY!)

I heard the Candy People in Lynbrook I think it is... rents them out.

I found this place and thought they were kind of reasonable. (Our hall wants almost $1000 for the rental and dipping stuff for all our guests!)
Click under Rentals and they have a package for $499.00 that includes 3 hrs. of chocolate, dippables, and an attendant to set up and break it down. additional hours are available.

Must places wont let you bring in an outside vendor for food
From experience, I called so many places getting quotes to find out they wont even allow me to bring in an outside vendor.

From experience, I called so many places getting quotes to find out they wont even allow me to bring in an outside vendor.

I used Audury's Bakery in Sayville and Tom was a pleasure to work with and he gave me the best price around.

We are using Chocolate Velvet Fountains...We are getting two 44' fountains and they gave us a good deal!!!
