If you're unable to attend a wedding, do you send the check with the response?

Or do you send a card and check to the couple separately? Also, the response card is going to the bride's parents. What should I do? TIA!

Most people sent me a wedding card with the check and some put the response in there as well.

I would send a check later on closer to the wedding date.

Ive heard of people sending it with the response, not that anyone did that for us but, I would send a card with a check in it.

We have gotten both but most people sent a separate card.

I usually send it seprately with a card but some people choose to put it in the response envelope. I usually send the response back and then pick up a card shortly after that and send it a few days later.

I agree with this, I wouldn't send a check with the rsvp - send it with a card instead...

I usually put the check in a separate card but mail the card and the RSVP at the same time.
