i hate crowds... thats why i dont shop on weekends!
LOL....I thought I was the only one who got anxiety attacks in Ikea....I had to go there about 6 times before finally ordering my kitchen. I would go in, shop around, get overwhelmed, and have to leave....lol. I do have to say, though, I do like their products...
Usually FH is the one who gets frustrated and overwhelmed while shopping, but amazingly enough he stayed way more calm than I did.
It depends on what time of day you go too. I try to go during meal times to avoid major crowds. I get really frustrated by slow people who get in my way, so I need to practice self calming techniques when I'm there.
i've been wanting to go there just to get a new desk. we'll be moving soon so i just want something cheap that won't make the move with us but FH won't go near that store!!!! i'll admit, it's a pain in the a$$ there but sometimes the prices are good if you need something simple.

I HATE that place. I worked there for a year in the kids department. OMG did it $uck! It was the most stressful job- it literally made me sick. The stuff that the customers did was UNREAL. I found poop and urine in weird places and other stuff I can't say on here. Ugh, now I can't stop thinking about it. When I used to take my lunch breaks, I had to put a different shirt on because if ANYONE saw me in my yellow shirt, they would stop me. It's the most confusing store in the world and people would always ask 100 questions. They would ask if I knew any shortcuts because they hated following the paths. That was the worst year of my life working in that store.

never been to westbury--just hicksville. i hate that once you're in, you can't get out bc you're stuck in that crazy maze!
