I'm a bad, bad bride..need help writing thank you cards

Ok...so I got married in March, got pregnant right away and somehow didn't get around to writing my thank you cards yet ..So, I would love to get them out before the baby comes! Any lovely thank you wording out there...my preggo brain has left me mindless...

Here's what i basically said:

'Thank you so much for attending our wedding and for giving us such a generous gift. We're so glad you were able to share our special day with us. We hope you had fun! Hopefully we can get together soon.'

I don't have wording, but just try to do a few each day so it isn't such a huge undertaking.

I went to amazon and order a book for like $4 on writing thank you cards. It was nice because they have all sorts of cute examples and ways to make each card different... which comes in handy when you are giving them to friends or relatives that might know one another. You really want to be able to personalize it as much as you can. And for $4 you can't go wrong with Amazon. Buy a used book.

I made it unique to those I know, for DH family they were a lot like the ones the other girls posted. I still have 20 more to do I will get to them after finals

I agree with personalizing each card. I did this for our e-party gifts. It takes more time but it's something people don't do anymore.

I received LOTS of comments about how sweet and thoughtful our cards were.

I am still writing mine lol...here's what I started each card with:

Thank you so much for coming to our wedding and for your generous gift. We are so happy that you were there to share our special day.

and then I personalized each card depending on who it was. This is what I wrote to my OOT guests:

Thank you so much for coming to our wedding and for your generous gift. We know it was a long way from home and we are so happy that you were there with us to share our special day.
