I just sent out our invites on Tuesday, people got them Wednesday

I was just super excited because someone booked a room at the hotel

I booked with the Hilton so you can check out your block to see who/how many rooms have been booked.

FH & I didn't think anyone but about 3 people were going to use the block but now a few people said they were probably staying

You are no dork, because I also got excited that someone was already asking about the rooms and they wanted to book theirs the other day. We got our first confirm without sending an invite.
What's better is that it's FH's cousin who I never met.

You are not a dork.. My OOT friend was texting me asking the details for the hotel (mind you I have a website and it was in my STDs)... She ended booking a room...yay!

I'd be excited too but unfort people I invited from OOT are slow and stupid. I've had room blocks for almost a year and still noone's booked. I don't want to hear it in 2 weeks when the block is gone

I put it in all the invites. We are from Queens and getting married in LI so I wanted people to have the option of staying if they wanted to drink. Our hotel does shuttle service (granted we have to pay for it but it is cheap)
