I work next door to a post office yet I never buy a book of stamps. I don't even have to wait on a long azz line; I can buy it from the random machine that'll take my debit card and everything.
But I don't like waiting on any line, so even if only two people are standing there, I bypass the high tech stamp machine.
So I go to the old fashioned dollar/coin stamp machine thing. But I never have change and I don't want to put in a $10 bill to get back dollar coins because I'd feel dumb buying like a soda at the deli with my large random $1 coin.
The solution: I buy a stamp or two at a time. Only I pretty much do this every other day. But now the people I work with know that I go to the post office several times per week and have asked why - I told them and they make fun of me about it.
Can't I just be lazy? I hate waiting in line
The update! I bought the farging book of stamps. I waited on line. For three minutes. It nearly killed me.

The only thing I hate worse than the cart is the parking lot with no cart returns... Or worse- the people who can't walk 15 feet to a cart return to return their cart.
Speaking of hating lines an updates... What is with people that try to make 2 lines, when there is CLEARLY one line happening.

Grrrrrrrrrr, I was in Target the other day and had an altercation with a cart. This thing almost got flung across the store!!!!!
I went there to shop for my niece & nephew, so here I am in the toy department and there must've been something wrong with the front wheels bc it kept making me bump into things. Even when I tried to 'park' it on the side of the aisle it would veer off to the side and make this loud bang when it hit the bottom shelf!!!!
I was so annoyed, those other parents must've thought I was drunk or something!!!! Not to mention the 16 y/o stock boys.
And to top it all off, I didn't get everything I was looking for. Ahh, Merry friggan' Xmas!!!!!!

Pt 1 - SO true. I always return my cart and get pissy when others leave their carts in the prime parking spots. Idjuts!
Pt 2 - Especially when you have been waiting forever and then suddenly a person who has not been waiting decides it is time for a new line. I curse them!
I am easily irritated. If I had my way all people and cars would clear as I approached. That would be SWEET!

Funny Cart Related story:
DH and I are at supermarket. Cart has sign on it that exclaims 'Do NOT take cart over yellow line!! Cart will not move!'
Of course, took the cart over the yellow line. Nothing happened.
Unhappy with this result, DH takes cart over yellow line about 100 times, cursing the entire time. Then attempts to roll/throw cart with the rest, and trips.
