Im a little angry right now!!

Well I promised myself that I wouldn't be a bridezilla and I would just go with the flow of things, but my BM's are being a total pain in the a$$. I moved the date up to July, so I told them, two weeks ago, that their dresses had to be ordered by tomorrow, to come in on time. I check with bridal store today and only 3 of my 7 girls ordered their dresses. I just sent out an email saying that if you dont order your dress by tomorrow morning, you cant be in the bridal party. I feel bad about having to do this... Am I being mean????

I so feel your pain right now. And I don't understand why people behave this way. I've been in many bridalparties before and always did what was asked of me and on time. I actually had to bounce one of my bridesmaids this week. She refused to call or go order her dress - had four months and numerous emails from me begging her to do so. We ended up losing the dress because of her. I picked another dress out and she didn't like it and said 'I'm not wearing this'.
