I just got home from ewickens' wedding [fabulous!!!!] and received an invitation from a firend of DH's to her wedding.

It was actually addressed to the both of us....but not as a married couple!

I just wanted to get it out now that I'm a bit insulted that as a married woman, I was invited to a wedding like that!

I have no desire to go.

Just reply to the wedding with the correction.....simple as that.

I was invited to a wedding where my dh's and my last name was spelled wrong and Ijust corrected it on the rsvp

I really dont think thats a big deal....but I just went to a funeral today so nothing seems as bad as that .

No, I'd be pissed too! I got an invite a week or so before our wedding addressed to Mr. E and (soon to be) Mrs E. I thought that was perfect!!!!!! It shows that the person addressing the envelopes took time and effort. The way this person did it for you makes it seem quite careless.
