My wedding is in 2 weeks and the person who i had doing my hair and make-up backed out on me.
I have no clue what to do. Everyone I've spoken to either has a minimum of at least 3 people, is booked or is out of my budget.
As if i didnt have enough to stress about 2 weeks before my wedding, now i'm trying to find someone to do my hair and make-up!

I'm sorry to hear you're stressing.
Have you tried any spas? Red Door has some great make up artists. I know they also have packages for hair trials, but I don't know if you'd have to go to the salon or if they could go to you.

maybe you could try Kacey of Kholoud's Beauty? she does not have a minimum and there have been a few girls who booked her on short notice without a trial.

Wow that *****, who did you have booked?
Try calling every hair/makeup person thats on here and see what happens. Also try going to every salon in your area. Tell them what happened even if the salon wont open maybe someone will feel bad and come to you. its worth a shot. If all else fails check craigslist i saw lots of hair/makeup people on there last month. They might be available. Just book a quick trial for this week first. Good Luck..

Hey you should try getting in touch with The Bridal Touch by Elena--she's a sweetheart and loves what she does--if the slot is open she will accomodate you for both hair and make-up with no minimums-- She's a vendor on this site good luck !!

check out CosmoNY and Prettyme.com - they are both fantastic - i am not sure of their policies for people for a minimum but im sure they would work with you considering your circumstances

I don't know where you live but there is a makeup artist at my nail salon in Oceanside, it's called Fabulous faces. Her name is Lisa Bari and I believe she will come to you. I have heard good things about her FM me is you want her info.

I just sent you FM, but I also just remembered that someone suggested JTGarsik on here for make up when I was looking. She was an 07 bride, you could also try FM'ing her!

i have a salon opening at 6:30 am for my girls..there are these salons all over the island call them and see if they will do it..i had to pay a $50 deposit for them opening early but its worth it. fm me for the salon name....
