I'm about to LOSE IT

the a$$ f*ckers upstairs sound like they're playing football in the living room. its so loud i'm ready to freak on someone.

But of course its all for spite cause we make noise. The whole 4 hrs a day we're home

you should have! I cant stand it. The people downstairs from us are the parents of the couple upstairs from us...so i hear noise from every direction. But then they leave FH and I notes on the board down stairs about noise..i cant deal

we were pretty loud last night at 2am- good for those fuckeeerrrs

i hate living with apt. people!! I'm sorry. I hope they dont break another mirror

omg iknow right. This morning FH called and was asking me when everyone left and how it was etc. I told him you guys left around 2am so he goes 'did everyone make noise on the way out?' I said yes why? he was like 'good!! I hope those a$$holes were up all night b/c of it!!!' lol

I feel your pain. I live in a garden apartment and I'm on the second floor. Every other tenant on my floor lives above normal people who are respectful. I, on the other hand, have the misfortune of living above an apartment who has had a string of the most obnoxious, low class tenants. The first tenants were super quiet until the mom was in an accident and was hospitalized. The husband and the son then had parties every f-in night, without exaggeration! And the son was also on the DL so as soon as the dad left for work (3rd shift) suddenly a whole bunch of very loud, very gay, finger snapping men rolled in. The second tenants had an abusive husband and they would fight like cats and dogs and then play bumping music till 1 am. The third tenants were evicted and had very suspicious behavior -- lots of visitors in the middle of the night. The new people have been okay so far but they only just moved in -- give them time. I swear that apartment is cursed.

I don't put up with it -- I call the cops and I file complaints with the management. I have left notes and I have knocked on the door. Fcuk em! I have rights too.
And I don't care if they give me dirty looks either

Wow that really *****!!! i'm sorry to hear that
The other night we had the people upstairs from us playing music SO LOUD that we could hear everything so clearly. then we had the tenants that are a floor above us and one apt over with kids running up and down the stairs screaming and stomping. it was so loud that the walls were shaking and my (almost) 100lb mirror fell off the wall and onto the floor. FH and I were like W T F just happened!!!
but then the next day downstairs on the wall was a note that said 'bare floors are not allowed in the building. Check your lease' then someone else scribbled 'true, but apparently management doesn't seem to think so'

FH is management, so obviously that was directed towards us. He is the property manager. So his boss was told to document everything that goes on in the next couple weeks. He then has to present it to the owner of the company and they are going to come up with some plan or whatever.

wow -- it's good to know it's not just my building!!!!

I hate to say it but the owner may not do anything to rectify the situation.
For so many of them it's all bout the money -- and they don't want anyone to move.

I hate being the person who always bitches and moans to the management but I'm sure if I wasn't living up to my end of the contract they would call ME on it. They need to maintain order.

Next time you see one of those kids that were running and screaming, stick out a foot and trip 'em
