I'm adopting a doggie!!!!!!!!!!

FH and I are getting a dog from the shelter (pending our application passes). I couldn't see them on sunday, but hopefully I'll see them tomorrow!

Which doggie should we bring home??? (I'm used to toy poodles so this is a change for me)

Theyre both adorable! You really have to see how you bond with them.

Also, are they good w kids, dogs, cats? Housebroken, crate trained.

Any special needs? Meds, allergies?

How old are they?

Once you meet them you'll have a better idea if youre a good match.

Omg they are both so sweet looking!!! Do u get to meet them before u decide??? Personality is such a huge factor and one might completely steal ur heart in person

OMG!!!!! Danielle this is such a hard decision...especially because u wanna give a home to both lil' doggies both r adorable....but maybe the spaniel. Btw, my lil' rascal is also a rescue doggie

and i am all for adopting...all my doggies(except my latest) have been rescues.

how old are they?

and how do you interact with each?

i think i like the puggle more tho based on looks lol

Thanks everyone!!

They were just picked up from a kill shelter and are quarantined until tomorrow. So tomorrow will be the first time I get to interact with them. They're both young (ages unknown) and seem really sweet. We'll find out when/if they call me to come in!! I'll keep you posted!

What shelter are you adopting them from? I did lots of volunteer and foster work years ago. My pit mix cierra is a rescue from the w babylon shelter. I adopted her on her euthanasia date.

I have 2 dogs and i swear cierra loves me more than my purebred husky that my ex insisted we get. Its like she knows i saved her. Theres a special bond between us that even anthony sees.

Im so glad youre adopting!

Pets alive in Middletown NY...they were really nice there!
