I'm attending a wedding at updated 9/4/05

El Caribe Country Club tomorrow, also the ceremony will be at Saint Jude Church in Brooklyn, will post a review when I get back

The El Caribe was outstanding
first they had candles and rose petals everywhere in the main lobby. tThey had a champagne station and a coffee station for early arrivals. Cocktail hour was wonderful I have never seen so much seafood, (sometimes I wish I ate seafood). I had the ChateauBriand for dinner and Alex had the Red Snapper it was very tasty everyone on our table enjoyed the food. The wait staff was AWESOME, they came around every couple of minutes to ask is everything was ok.

you are going to have the best time, if I could affort El Caribe I would have had my wedding there.

i was in a wedding there. its a beautiful place and good food.

I lived 3 blocks from El Caribe before I moved out here and always wondered how it was. Lost count of how many times I would come home and see people coming from a wedding. It always looked nice being on the water, but I always knew we couldn't afford it!!
