I'm Baaaaack

So i've been M.I.A.. because of a horrible rotation in OBGYN....but i am now back in my home (The ER) and have more time on my hands to be online and here with you guys!
I've missed you all!!!
I miss anything important? Any new updates on TWOTY?

OBGYN was such a horrible rotation! I have nothing against that actual practice of OBGYN...it was just how it was run at my hospital. I didn't get to deliever a baby at all....i basically did paperwork and stupid skut work!
Im an ER doc and i would think they would have you learn AT LEAST how to deliever a baby (i did it in medical school, but come on now..i think its something i should know how to do ). We actually had a woman one night (at 3am!) deliever in the bathroom of the ER waiting room and i ran down there....thankfully the ER attendings took charge and clamped the cord etc etc. But, lets say i was alone....i would go for it and attempt to deliever..but i would be doing it without any formal training...and thats not good doctoring!

I'm back in my home now (The ER), and at least for this month i am very happy....but then i go on to ICU and then Trauma....so i'm nervous about those two roations. I'm going to try to see CLM while i have some free time on this rotation....and then its gonna be a choice on where to book!!
