I'm sorry you weren't happy with your day. Unfortunately, sometimes even having a DOC doesn't mean they'll always notice and fix every problem with your hall.

But.. some of the 'organizational' issues I had I am sure they would be able to help. And, with so many weddings at Leonards organizational efforts will help.
