i'm being ignored by my supervisor...

she's been doing all my work...and not speaking to me since i got back from my three day absence last thursday...

things are missing from and rearranged on my desk...when i asked her about them (in email) she ignored the emails...when i asked her about them in person (friday night) she said she'd speak to me about it next week ...what gives???

i hate to be ignored...god knows i don't want to be friends with this woman....nor do i want anyone i work with to care about what fh and i were going through last week...but how about a little respect? a little professionalism? a little maturity? what are we, in junior high school?

i sure hope they're preparing to let me go...i'm just so aggravated about all this...i can't eat..i can't sleep...somethings wrong somewhere...please help...sorry for the vent...you know this is quite uncharacteristic of me...

So you have to sit there all day with nothing to do and no one talking to you? Sounds like my ideal day here . In all seriousness, this is the last stress you need. I'd go to her office/cube/desk right now and tell her you really need to speak to her immediately. If she brushes you off again, go to her superior.

I don't want to speak to her!

I would really want to know where my missing things were and what it was that she thought she was going to tell me next week if I were you. Even if she is more senior than you, it gives her no right to treat you that way!!!! I understand that you don't want to speak to her, but it's probably the only way to find out any answers. It would drive me crazy!!!!
