we guarenteed 175 and we have 169 adults and 4 children coming.........this is s*cky

See if the hall can do something for you to make up the difference!

What about your vendors?
They can count towards the min too

Sometimes they will throw in extra food at CH, viennese hour, chair covers. You just have to ask!

You are very close, especially with the kids. Does the number count you and FH? Vendors?

Talk to your hall and see what they say, maybe they'll throw something in... Between the vendors and kids, even if you are paying 1/2 price for all of them, you get really close to 175...

you can't count kids and vendors?
Yes then you would pay full price for them, but if you are under your minimum then you are paying for empty seats anyway so whats the difference?

I don't think your hally will throw anything in unless you are still under your min, counting the kids and vendors.

yes, you'll pay full price for them...and if you are below the minimum, you pay full price for everyone until you reach the min.


if you are at 169 with 4 kids does that mean 173? your kids and vendors will automatically count towards your minimum and will be full price until you reach the min....so if the 169 is PLUS 4 kids, then you are at 173 and if you have 3 vendors (MC, DJ and photgrapher) you are actually at 176. 1 over the min and one person will be discounted.
