at least you got more than me and my rsvp date is nov 10th. i only got back like 43 rsvp's out of 107

so far only 73 ppl coming and 14 no's

why cant people send them IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????

how many people did you invite total?

i think we have around 70 yes responses as well....

i dont want the dome room to look empty if we end up around 120-150! do you think it will?

we invited about 235 i think that's what it came to so i am hoping we make our min i would rather be a little under but not by like 20 people you know bec then i feel the dome room will look so empty as well

but i got 1 rsvp yesterday and 1 the day before that i haven't been getting alot at all like i said i think out of 107 invitations i received 43 rsvp's back

Nik/Catie I don't think it will look emptty with 120-150. I think with 150 it'll look just right JMHO.

I've only been getting 1-2 RSVp's a day, it def. slowed down after the first week. We sent out 157 invites (314 people) but 41 are OOT's so they're not coming for sure for the most part and the rest we gave a guest which quite a few will come single.

i agree...im just curious bec i thought i had a big family and we only ended up inviting 230 (well minus some cousins that are too young etc)

but we only invite 1st aunts/uncles/cousins over 17 and friends of ours with guests. we only invite like 3 different families that are considered 2nd cousins that are like our first since we are so close and some work friends of our parents which = like 10 ppl

did you invite those types of people plus like distant family? bec i couldnt even get to 400 if i counted those people in my family

my parents and DH's parents invited most of their friends with their family.. we had about 20 kids.. (ages 1 to 13 ot 14) and even the unmarried kids in the age group of 20's came because they were Ïnvited' per say, even though we never met them..

We had a ton of families come from India (made a vacation out of it).. We also had family come from Dubai.. and then of course work friends were invited with their spouse/significant other.. I switched jobs so I invited my boss.. who just attended cocktail and left.. and DH invited his coworkers and their spouse..

the problem is that the our families are active in the community and attend a lot of social events, and if we invited one and not the other, that would cause a lot of ruccus.. we have people who are not talking to us becuase we didn't invite them for our engagement party.. so for the wedding, there were no questions asked.. and we also had ceremonies the day after.. b/c we always wanted a june wedding.. and DH's family hosted that.. and that too was like.. no questions asked, just invite them all.. don't want to hear it..

i wish I culd have cracked down the numbers, but in the end, I know how difficult it would be for my family if they had to reduce the numbers.. so I just kept my mouth shut.. but it was fun.. everyone was dancing and partying..

I didn't get my proofs yet will post pics as soon as I get them..

even though my RSVP date is 3 days away, I'm still missing 42 responses

I'm sure i'm going to meet my minimum though. I just wish people would let me know already

somewhere between 260-270 showed up. Of course the final headcount goes out the window the week of either added people or had to take people off the list. Oh yeah and the few no-shows but i think there were only like 2-4 no shows.

Invited 224, 115 attended

We had a lot of OOT people who couldn't come and didn't send a gift but, that's another thread.
