Btw; I like my hall.. I don't love it anymore due to ugly dollar store looking floral decor they have everywhere now
So anywhere else that doesn't have these horrible things I would book if I wasn't gonna lose my deposit

well, i do love love love where we're getting married...but i love the idea of oheka castle (no i don't even know how to spell it...)... i always wanted a fairy tale/princess thing...and for whatever reason, i've always been secretly in love with it.

yesssss.. I'm wide awake and don't have work tomorrow.. Looking at a giant list is better then staring at the ugly decor at my RH that I now feel is burning my eyes.l.ol

They added horrible tacky decor.. And I feel bad because my BM's wife made them and I don't want to hurt his feelings.. But seriously.. It hasssss to go if I'm getting married there..lol

can u cover it? if not u just add so much more beautiful stuff people dont even notice.....and i know all we brides worry bout is flowers and fvors etc etc but in all honesty all people ever remember is the food and the music

Can't cover it.. Its all around the CH =/ He'd have to tae it down.. Buut I see it as I'm paying alot.. You should just take it down to make this bride happy

i looooved flowerfield n westbury manor...
flowerfeild we never even saw..i just looked online..it was just gorgeous but it was just too far from queens for us
and westbury manor the min was just too high for us and we couldnt book it

BOURNE MANSION. Sigh. I have never been there but the pictures I've seen are just magnificent. It's way too far from us/90% of our guests to even consider it, so we didn't even go look ... because I didn't want to fall in love and then not book. But sigh.

Atlantica is gorgeous as well - I went to a wedding last August there and the ceremony with the backdrop of the ocean was just breathtaking! Didn't care for the hotel aspect of it but otherwise, gorgeous venue!

I never went to see either of these because I knew they were far out of my price range but I'm sure I would have loved Atlantica or Land's End.

I would've booked at the Fox Hollow but the minimum was way too high for me and the BM pissed me off.
