I'm bored, wanna see my placecards that will hang from our bottles of wine?

Ok, this one is not primed, so you can see the grain of the wood and the ribbon is tied all crappy and it's hanging from a bottle of vodka, but you can get the idea. There will be a piece of vellum attached to the heart with the seating info on it.

Very nice...Thats such an easy way for peopl to take their favors. Are you going to put anything else on the bottle? (Iam have been thinking of give wine, but I can't make up my mind!!!! I just want to make a decision already!)

Well, we will be giving local wine as favors, and I don't want to put anything on it other than the place card. I just feel like people should know what they are getting, rather than put our wedding date and names on it. This way if they don't drink wine, they can maybe give it as a gift or not feel cheap using it when company comes over

Thats what I was going to do..i was thinkingof the see through bags and maybe haning a tag from that...I think people shuld be able to re-gift wine if they have to!!

We're not sure exactly which wine we are going to get yet. My bestfriend's father owns a wine store, so we might go through him if he can get us a better deal. But I live on the North Fork, so I am out here. We want to give a nice merlot. I would rather spend a little more money for a good wine than go for something cheap. I will certainly keep you posted if you'd like on what we decide

Thanks!! I was thinking of doing red and white b/c some people don't like one or the other. Have you researched it? I wonder if going to the vineyard is better. I was going to go to a discount liquor store to see what kind of deal they would give me.

As you can see, I really want to give this..I think its one of the more practical favors..I'm trying to convince FH that though

The best part is that we have been going wine tasting out here to 'sample' the product Mmmm......
