I'm ok. I'm feeling sad about leaving JT, but I've been sad about that a lot lately. But he will be back on LI in four months. I can do four months. Just have to keep myself busy. How are you???

im cool. does he go to school/work there? if you know its 4 months then it really gives you something to look forward to. i know thats easier said than done.

He's finishing school up there, but he works, too, so it's 7 days a week that he's busy up there I feel really bad for him that he's there all alone. No friends, no family, nothing. I feel like I deserted him, but ONE of us needed a job here for when December rolls around, and since he couldn't leave, I did

Hi Holly! Yes, tons of people call me Rach No we didn't go to Fall River last night, we were too busy capitalizing on some manufacturers coupons a friend gave us for food. (it was a sad sight, we got 250 bucks of groceries for free! Can we say food stamp candidate? ) How's RI treating you? I think about you everytime I drive through!

Rach---Ri is....well..RI...its definitely NOT Long Island, but Dan may be getting a big promotion, so keep your fingers crossed...I want to quit my job and find something better....I hate the people ther and the job is dead end for the most part...I really would love to work with kids, but do not have the $$$ to go back to college for that...and Daycares do not pay a lot...so I am looking to start something new.....something fun and challenging...something that will help me to retire some day!

Holly, I hear ya about the money. And no, daycares pay total crap. I don't know if you would be interested in working with the kids I did, but the pay is good, it's just the hours that aren't so hot. They always need house parents. But if you have a BA you can be an associate teacher and they will pay for you to go back to school. It's in Middleboro, MA, which is close to Taunton.

I do not ahve a BA..I have an Associates in Finance & Investments----YUCK! IT has gotten me to be a CSR at an INsurance Company---Blech!! To think of all that money spent on college.....and my annual saalary cannot even cover my student loans!

Rach...yes, Scotty is doing good, but he left a message on the answering machine before (he wasnt supposed to call until tonight) sounding happy, but like he's definately missing us.

I can sympathize with the $$$$ issues as well... FH is going back to school in Sept. for his degree, we are going to be very much in debt but it is for the overall good, I guess.... I would love to go back to school myself

Hmm, I'm trying to think of programs where you can get school paid for Holly. I will keep you posted. Oh, wait, I don't know if you want to travel into Boston, but Computer Associates pays well in their daycare and Kindergarten AND they pay for your liscensing.
Stacy, I'm sure he misses you guys TONS! Are you and Fi enjoying the 'alone' time?
