sorry to be a downer but im just having a bad day..i keep reading posts about what girls moms did for them(and thats great)but since my mom had a stroke she cant really do much(see the rh,going dress shopping)and my sisters and brother all have kids and my bm is planning her own wedding 3 weeks after mine and i just kinda feel like nothing is comin easy..i just kind feel like everything is a project to do its just not simple like lets go do this its always something like fina a babysitter,whos going to be with my mom and since i dont drive i cant go alone..i know i have fh but i feel like im missing all the stuff girls do together..i dont know i feel so selfish for even writing this but im just feeling sorry 4 myself..excuse the post and someone slap me

I have an idea of how you feel in the sense that you are not feeling that 'bridal bliss'. My BPs are all in different states, most of my friends are not nearby to help me and my mom is have a country away. So it's quite anti-climatic. I didn't have that wonderful dress shopping experience that you see on the wedding channel. Don't get me wrong, I found my dress fast and easy, but no one to give me advice and oooh and ahhh with me.
Hang in there. Keep everything in perspective and remember that your wedding is only one day but your marriage is for a lifetime. (I bet your mom maybe feeling that she is missing out too.)
Now back to planning and ordering those darn invitations. Too many choices....

well she can walk slowly with a cane and we have the wheel chair but she hates going in it..she def has a complex about people seeing her in it which we have been tring to get her out of for years..its kinda like if its in front of her shell give her opnion but she gets so frustrated cause sometimes its hard to get her thoughts out n she can get confused so i think she sits back..which just kills me cause i want her opnion more than anyones

aww hun no you are not stupid for posting this post! you need a hug and we are here for each other, to vent and listen to one another too! :) and of course to also plan our wedding together and share ideas.. dont worry, everything will fall into place before you know it! just hang in there and dont drive yourself crazy and get so bummed, it will only ruin your happy planning! this is a happy time for you, dont let yourself down! :) we are here for each other!
