Do you think it's okay to order flower girl dresses on-line (for Nov wedding), or go to a store? Also, if I went to a store, what kind of store even carries flower girl dresses?

You could order them online just make sure they have a return policy. Or check in regular bridal/ bridesmaid stores to see if they have them and then compare prices online. Do a search on google for 'flower girl dresses'.

RK Bridal in the city has flowergirl dresses. I ordered mine online from them, I was more comfortable ordering online from them because I know that they have a store I can go to if there's a problem. www.ariadress.com also has a couple of cute flower girl dresses, but they are more than I wanted to spend for fg dresses ($160 I think).
Also, do a search on the knot or weddingchannel, and when you find a dress you like you can see where the nearest store that carries it is.

I just got my flowergirl's dress at David's Bridal today. It worked out great because hey had her size in stock and we just bought it off the rack. The sales people were not at all helpful there though. You can check out all ofthier dresses on thier website, they have a large selection.
I don't know where you live, but there's a place in Port Jeff that has great stuff. It's called Magic Hearts.

I found my flower girl dress vendor online @ Ebay. I ordered them directly from them and they were VERY affordable...
I'd post a pic but its too big and I don't know how to resize- sorry!

On Ebay, I did a search for flower girl dresses and found lots of 'stores' that sell them. I found a dress I liked and clicked on the link to see all the dresses offered by that seller. I found the same dress in the two sizes I needed and ordered them for $29 each. They came a week later and were brand new.
This is the only thing I have ever bought off eBay, so I am not very familiar with it. The seller I bought from had a very good rating and I had a good experience with them. I'm trying to attach a picture of them.
Someone told me to look at Target, becuase they have dresses that are not expensive and there return policy is so easy. It all depnds on what you are looking for.
