i was refered by many people to call cantor foreman and deacon bilia for my wedding in 2005. i called up the deacon and he told me he has the date free but to call him in febuary 2004 for an appiontment because he cant do the paper work until a year before the wedding. i want to guarentee the two of them to officiate my wedding but he didnt even ask me my name. what should i do?
If he won't speak with you about your 2005 wedding, chances are he's not meeting with anyone about 2005 weddings. I would just try calling him in 6 months to make an appointment. IF something happens where he's not available you will still have enough time to find someone else (we got someone about 7 months before the wedding).
i finally got in contact with the cantor and we did book them and i have a meeting with the cantor in auguest. im so excited!!! i just hope the parents can agree on what would be offensive and not offensive to them during the ceremony
