im doing buffet style..here is the food..

so im doing buffet style..is anyone else doing this? its way more cheaper and my guests can eat whatever they want instead of just one option.

this is what will be there:

cocktail hour: fruit and cheese display

tossed seasonal greens
marinated vegtable salad
fresh fruit salad
grilled breast of chicken w/garlic cream
sliced roast sirloin w/roasted garlic
penne noodles with vodka sauce
sausage and peppers
herb roasted potatoes
chef's fresh seasonal veggies
chefs selection of dessert
unlimited bread and rolls

and for the bar: smirnoff, vodka, beefeaters gin, bacardi superior rum, makers mark bourbon, whiskey, scotch, & sauza gold.

yay! im so excited!

Re: im doing buffet style..here is the food..

my family wanted a buffet style to be honest but fh wanted a sit down dinner. I honestly say it looks like all things are covered. Your gonna have more fun this way.. more freedom and guests can eat with out worrying if the food is going to be taken away once they sit.

That and saving money is GREAT!!!
