I'M ENGAGED!!!!!

For those of you who may recognize me from previous threads, I was logged on as an 'unofficail bride-to-be'. My FH knew that i had registered so I wasnt feeling like i was jinxing the whole engagement thing. (I guess b/c he knew that it was happening any day).
Anyway, Matt popped the question last night and gave me a BEAUTIFUL antique set diamond ring. I am absolutely thrilled and IN LOVE!!!!!

congratulations! i'm not officially engaged ... yet. i know he's in the middle of getting the ring but... man... the anticipation is driving me nuts.

did you or anyone else start planning before being proposed to?

i felt silly at first (and i still do sometimes... especially when we walk into a reception place and i have no ring on my finger ) but my boyfriend and my sister kept encouraging me to get the big details taken care of since i'm starting an intense grad program this fall and the wedding is planned for late may or the fourth of july weekend.

please tell me i'm not psychotic!
