So i just went on the vendors helping brides forum and found a review of the limo company we just booked and its awful... im totally freeking out now... maybe it was a mistake to book them... i dunno i researched them and they had good quotes....
oh no!! thats not good i dont know what to tell you. can you cancel it?

this site is great
but part of it is TERRIBLE bc you get to read every single bad experience. I have heard bad things about my limo company too but you have to go with your experience of them
every single place has a few bad reviews unfortunately. . . if your limo place CONSISTENTLY gets bad reviews. . . then i would start to worry!

I agree. Just because you hear one or two bad reviews doesn't mean anything. The reverse has happened to me with a DJ. I heard rave reviews so I booked an appointment and no one was there when I got there. The place is 45 minutes from my house.

thanks tilde... i checked out bbb before i booked and they werent registered as any complaints.. i guess everyone does have a hard time and i have everything on my contract so who knows.... i just hope that everything works out.

Just like the other girls said....it is only one review. I wouldn't freak out over the one review. Try doing a search and see what else comes up about them. Good luck!

check out other reviews and see what others had to say...I mean almost every vendor is gonna have 1 negative review so you can't base it on just that...Look at their overall reviews

MY ADVICE....dont worry about it...diff people maybe touchy or take things the wrong way... or see things as awful and they are fine...
