I'm going.....

Hey ladies!!! I am going House/Condo shopping today. Wish me luck. We will be looking in Suffolk because that is where we both grew up. I hope to find something good!

We went to look in Rocky Point today.....

We found a really great 4 BR house that is brand new inside. It def needs some work on the outside though. Pretty low price...
Too bad my sister just made an offer on it... Ohhhh maaan!!

We are still looking though....We looked in Rocky Point, Port Jeff, Coram, Miller Place.... A few other places too.

We have been looking mostly at condos but now I am starting to think that a house would be better. What are you looking for?

well of course i would love a house, but i just dont think we can afford one right away with the wedding and everything. We are looking for a condo or cooop that would be big enough if we decided to have kids or get an apartment and just save as much as we can so maybe in a year or 2 we can afford a house
