This house buying is nothing but stress!! I hate the seller's lawyer with a passion!!!!!!!!!!!! If we ever get to closing I'm going to have a few choice words for him

Closing's can take anywhere from 60-90 days. We should have closed a few weeks ago. It is the seller's lawyer that is holding everything up. He is playing games. There is nothing we can do right now.

Wow you havent closed on the house yet?? I remember because we bought ours around the same time, March. I closed in 3 weeeks but I guess that was becauase I had a short sale.

It will work out - just take it one day at a time.

Well I guess the banks wanted everything under the sun from us, then the seller had some open permits she had to take care of but that's all fixed. Now we're waiting on her dumba$$ lawyer!
