Got the final invoice for my invites yesterday but I opened them at work and couldn't look at it so I figured everything was fine and I paid for them and they shipped, wonderful.....I look at the invoice last night to see there are 80 and not the 90 we agreed upon......now I'm SHORT TEN INVITATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waiting for a response on this as they're going out the end of this week, I'm hoping #1 they are rushed, #2 I am NOT charge for this MAJOR mix up, and #3 I don't look like a horses' behind for not sending out all the invites at once!!!
you can always hold off with not sending the 10 invites to your parents and siblings,and/or closest family... I am sure that they will understand.

Ugh, I hope everything works out! I need to up my original quantity as well, so I'm planning on doing a lot of follow up in between now and production to make sure that doesn't happen to me either.

I would def hold off on sending invites to those closest to you. Explain to them the situation
That way you don't look stupid for not sending out the ones to those who you CAN'T explain it to.

I'm waiting to hear back from this particular vendor, I agree with all of you though we're going to hold off on sending to the BP, which just happens to be 10 invites...and send out the ones that are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, we KNOW the BP is going to be there so hopefully this won't be as annoying as it seems!!!!
