Im in lesson plan h*ll

I really can't stand my supervisor.. he is sooo frekkin anal and I just dont have time to do these long a** lesson plans that I dont even use!!!

I have all my plans in my plan book and this is just extra work to add to grad school and everything else.

Yeah I hear you. Lesson planning is the worst! The supervisors are nasty and expect way too much.

sometimes I really just wish I had a job that didnt suck up every second of spare time I had. I just would like to come home and NOT have to worry about work andthen go in the next day and do my thing. GR.

Same here. What a stressful job. It's like we have so many jobs in one: planner, grader, performer, entertainer, disciplinarian, bouncer, etc.. Last year I'd come home every night exhausted and then spend the whole night doing work for the next day, finally sleep a few hours, then wake up and worry about what would happen with the kids that day, if some kid would do something crazy, or whether I'd get observed and if my lessons were good enough. I'd even dread weekends because I'd spend the whole time catching up on work I didn't get to do during the week. What a nightmare.
