i have the worst burning tension in my shoulders and neck.... i cant take anything for it cuz im going for thyroid biopsies on wednesday and they told me i cant have any aspirin or ibuprofin for a week before the appt... what can i do?? anyone wanna give me a massage? how do those thermacare patch things work?? i think im gonna get some on the way home from work..

i use the thermacare patches for my period- they are amazing- you might just have a strained muscle- did you try stretching it out (gently!)

therma care definately works! Maybe try some tiger balm...I'm not sure if its muscle related but if it is, then it will definately help! FEEL BETTER

awww thank you girls so much!! i bought a heating pad and some thermacare patches and put one of them on for a few hours and it felt soooooo good

thanks hunnie, im about to take one in a few minutes.. it just stinks i havent been able to take any aspirin for the past week... im probably just really stressed out and nervous about the biopsies tomorrow.
